The two-storey STEM building for Yass High School includes ten new learning areas for agile teaching. Zones are designed to enrich student experience and participation while focussing on collaborative projects, social interactions and active investigations of learning and development.
Operable walls glide into different positions to unlock co-teaching, group teaching and year group synergy. Explorations of detailing through interior glazing film reflect elements of the periodic table, a synthesis of local natural systems and chip hardware diagrams.
