A commitment to reconciliation

CK Architecture has always been committed to advancing reconciliation and understands that it starts by creating a culturally safe workplace. We are pleased to announce we’re continuing our reconciliation journey with the introduction of our Reflect RAP. The RAP framework and strategic actions underpin our genuine commitment to making our organisation a culturally aware and inclusive workplace for Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander People.

CK Architecture encourages all staff to be aware of our RAP obligations and to be engaged in all aspects of our reconciliation journey. We look forward to strengthening our relationships with Australia’s First Peoples, both within our business and externally, and build on what is already a good foundation for a culturally safe workplace.
