Working in collaboration with Richard Crookes Construction through a design and construction contract,  The Henry is an example of a thoughtfully designed, contemporary retirement living development. Black, white, and timber details draw you through each home creating a sense of calm and tranquillity with a clean contemporary finish.

Consisting of 48 townhouses and 50 independent living units as well as a basement car park and a 2-storey clubhouse, CK Architecture completed the interior design and detail design development for the clubhouse, townhouses, and apartments.
