This project was run as a limited competition which was won by ck architecture in late 2018. The design is for 4 separate blocks, 4-5 storey high end independent living units. The design provides larger more exclusive units with balconies and external living spaces. There will be 70 units with community spaces within the landscape and on the roof.

The building form relates to the existing residential units to the north lower articulated elements, materials and screening which work with the existing buildings to this side. It then graduates up to a higher form on the main street frontage with views out to the park and surrounding hills. The external materials of timber and greenery evoke a tree canopy with foliage and planting spilling down the façade.
