Originating as a select design competition to create innovative, new vertical living options for an established retirement village in Canberra’s south, ck architecture’s successful proposal for Marigal Garden’s Apartments focuses on four distinct buildings: each one integrated into the landscape and providing exceptional access to light, ventilation, and views.

The mixed material palette, featuring brickwork and stone walling was selected for cohesion with the existing buildings and as a considered site response, to allow a seamless integration with the landscape.
